Tuition Information

2010-11 Tuition: 

Grade 5: $19,900

Grades 6-12: $23,450

Tuition is billed in the following manner:

  • Upon acceptance each family receives an enrollment contract. To enroll your child sign and return the contract along with a nonrefundable deposit of $1,500.00. (The deposit is applied toward tuition)
  •  One-half of the balance is due on August 1; the remainder is due on November 30.

 Payment Options:

 The Academy also offers the Tuition Refund Plan, an insurance policy that provides coverage in the event the student withdraws from the Academy after entry. Annual costs for the TRP are 1.8% of the yearly tuition fee, payable in full prior to the beginning of school.

Other Costs

  • Food: Lunch and morning snacks are available in our dining room at reasonable prices. Advance payment for draw accounts can be arranged. Many students bring their lunch daily.
  • Books: The Middle School student will pay an average of $400.00 per year; costs for the Upper School student will be approximately $500.00, depending upon course load.
  • Yearbook: $55.00 (automatically billed)
  • Art studio fees: $30.00 per studio art course; $60.00 per photography course
  • Transportation: The Academy offers commuting service to and from some outlying towns, providing reliable service at a reasonable cost. Students are picked up at established stops. Round trip fees per trimester average $500.The bus route is as follows: Bath–Brunswick–Yarmouth. Families may purchase one-way or round-trip bus service by trimester.
