Is it time to start thinking about your NYA reunion? Whether it has been 5 years, 20 years or 50 years, the Alumni Relations Office at NYA will help you make the most of your reunion year.

Here is a sample of how reunion planning works:

• Contact the Alumni Relations Office at 207-846-2380 or alumni@nya.org to let them know you’re interested in planning a reunion
• Pick a date that works for both you and NYA
• Select an event (we’ll will help you if you’d like). There are several location options on campus or you can get creative someplace else. Some ideas are: cocktail party at a residence, NYA home game followed by a reception at a local establishment, BBQ on campus, etc. On-campus facilities include: Priscilla Savage Middle School Community Room, Safford Auditorium, Travis Roy Arena, Academy Hall, Russell Hall, the gym, Curtis Building Student Lounge and Weld House.
• Contact your classmates – We’ll provide you with a class list, and get some friends to help you track down your classmates. You can use our offices to make phone calls. You might want to set up a reunion Facebook page to help you track down lost alumni and communicate about the reunion.
• Send out invitations – if you wish, our office will design, print and mail them for you
• Collect RSVPs – please let us know how many are coming
• HAVE FUN!!
• Follow Up – please send us a list of classmates who attended, updated contact information and photos for The Chronicle and our records
