Maine Class C State Champions!

For the fourth straight year, NYA Girls Tennis are Maine State Class C Champions, defeating Dexter 4-1 on Saturday, June 12, in the championship match at Colby College. Here’s the link to the PPH/MST writeup

What happened to Mr. Gross’s moustache?

Mr. Gross teaches and coaches in the NYA Middle School. Recently, the intrepid Ms. Belesca noticed that Mr. Gross’s well-known moustache had gone missing from his upper lip. “Where did it go?” she asked.

Project: Reach Out Wrap Up – Everybody Wins!

On Thursday, May 20, over 235 NYA students and 53 faculty, staff and parent volunteers did community service for Project: Reach Out. The NYA Community worked over 1,100 hours at fifteen organizations. Read more and check out the theme song debut.

Commencement for the Class of 2010

The 51 members of the Class of 2010 will receive their diplomas this Sunday, June 6, beginning at 2:00 pm. Along with the pomp and circumstance, expect to see a lot of happy seniors dancing on the lawn!
