All pieces will be for sale, with proceeds to help support St. Bartholomew’s community services outreach, such as its food pantry and work at St. Elizabeth’s Essentials Pantry in Portland. Admission will be free, with donations accepted.

Jurors for the Festival include Chris Thompson, associate professor at the Maine College of Art in Portland; Elizabeth Moss, owner of Elizabeth Moss Gallery in Falmouth; and Anne Haas, art librarian at Bowdoin College in Brunswick.

NYA’s Director of Admission Laurie Hyndman is a Festival Co-Chair.  “Over 300 works were submitted for consideration, and the jurors were very impressed with the quality of the submissions. They had the difficult task of selecting 150 works for the festival. St. Bart’s is such a simple and open space and lends itself so well to exhibiting art. We are thrilled to have this opportunity to welcome the greater community into this space and to showcase such talented Maine artists. I am personally delighted that photographer Abbie Sewall, a colleague of mine at NYA, was among those artists who will be represented at St. Bart’s,” said Hyndman.
