NYA Students Earn WMC All-Academic Honors

Sixteen North Yarmouth Academy (NYA) students earned Western Maine Conference All-Academic Honors for the fall season. All-Academic student-athletes are seniors who have earned a 3.2 grade point average throughout their high school career, are members of a varsity team, and abide by NYA’s honor code and community standards. These students were nominated by NYA and selected by the Western Maine Conference: 

Boys Cross Country:  Henry Arsenault (Arrowsic), Nicholas Kolkin (Yarmouth)

Girls Cross Country:  Anna Jaeger (Bath), Alison Znamierowski (South Harpswell),

Field Hockey:  Renee Lamoreau (Yarmouth), Frances Leslie (Wiscasset)

Boys Soccer:  Matthew Kibler (Yarmouth)

Girls Soccer:  Sarah Burkey (South Portland), Eliza Gendron (Yarmouth), Blair Haggett (Wiscasset), Lauren Nawfel (Waterville), Lilly Wellenbach (West Bath)

Volleyball:  Claire Daniels (Yarmouth), Alicia Hoffman (Cumberland), Alden Kelsey (Cumberland), Jenny Sharp (Harpswell)
