The North Yarmouth Academy coaching staff shall maintain a close rapport with the Director of Athletics, who is directly responsible for their actions. As adult representatives of the Academy, they are expected to follow the same guidelines as student athletes. Coaches are responsible for the safety and welfare of their players during all practices and games. Each season coaches meet with the Director of Athletics to review situations, appropriate responses, etc., that may arise. Coaches are expected to abide by the basic philosophy of the program, especially the rotation of all players in sub-varsity teams.
