Students are encouraged to seek extra help from their teachers whenever they are experiencing academic difficulty.  In fact, readily available extra help is one of the hallmarks of the Academy.  Students and teachers can meet for extra help before school, during study halls or free periods, or after school.  Those attending afternoon extra help will not be marked late to athletic practices or drama and music rehearsals, but are expected to report promptly to practices already in session with a note from the teacher.
