"The Universe" Hand-Colored Photogram, Silver Print
Inspiration: I’ve noticed recurring themes in my work:
space and time – the shortness of it – nature, history,
beauty and love. The hearts floating ephemerally in
that huge expanse of black give me the feeling of giant
‘love stars’ floating in the galaxy, the speed of which can be
felt by the streaming butterfly coming in from the corner.
Quote: “Who are we? We find that we live on an insignificant
planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some
forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies
than people.
