Henry Sterling is officially entered in the 5,000m run at the New Balance Nationals being held down in Greensboro, NC this weekend.  The meet starts on Thursday and continues through Saturday.  Henry’s race is at 8pm on Thursday evening.  This meet has exceptionally high qualifying standards so as to only attract the best in the country.  Qualifying for the 5k is a feat in itself and an exciting chance for Henry to run an entirely different distance.  Entries can be found here along with a link to the meet’s own website.  If you want to follow the meet online check out www.dyestat.com
